for instance, in my job they need an assistant for the doctor, i was in the position of secretary, so y told my manager that if he teach me how to do it i will be habby to perform that job.
At first, he did not believe me , but then he call me and tol me that it was ok.
so y learn and now i have to positions, two paychecks and y have learn a lot of diferent areas.
