Management
When I was a kid, I remember that I always want to be the boss. While I was playing with my friends in elementary school, I used to give ideas for everything. I decided what to play and I always give new ways to do it better. I was always participating in games, dances, and any activity in school. Since I was a child I was a very social person. Now, I am twenty seven years old and I am still enjoying being around people. When I was living in Mexico, the city named Mexicali. I studied in the University of Baja California. My major was Business Administration. I finished school in the year of 2005.then, I decided that I want to learn English, so a moved to live in United States. When I was living in Mexico I was studying and working at the same time. I was the manager of a big fashion store in Mexicali. As the manager I always provide training to the new employees. Now that I move to California I would like to look into my field that is Business administration and also check out all the advantages and disadvantage about my profession in order to re validate my career in United States. I searched information about training, work environment, salary, and jog outlook.
Training
According to the website All BLS.gov, Training and development managers and specialist conduct and supervise training and development programs for employees. Increasingly, management recognizes that training offers a way to developing skills, enhancing productivity and quality of work. According to Maria Luna, people have to work really hard and be willing to learn and move on. Also she mentioned, employers and employees need to give “the extra” all the time. In addition, a degree is always important for some jobs, even though on her case she did not have it. She strongly recommended studying and finishing school in order to have a degree and have better opportunities in life.
Work environment
According to Maria Luna, work environment in human resources is excellent. She has a clean place, relaxed office and she has everything she needs. According to the website All BLS.gov, human resources work usually takes place in clean, pleasant, and comfortable office settings.
Earnings
According to the website All BLS.gov, median annual earnings of compensation and benefits managers were 74,750 in May 2006.the middle 50 percent earned between 55,370 and 99,690. The lowest percent earned less than 42,750, and the highest 10 percent earned more than 132,820. According to Maria Luna, she mentioned, when you manage your own business and take care of it you will have a good profit. Maria said, I can not give an amount of money that I earn annually, because it changes every time.

Maria: is not a problem. I am glad I can help.
Michell: I am doing a research paper for my school about Business Administration. My assignment is to interview somebody that is on the field of Business.
Michell : how long did you study?
Maria: eight months.
Michell : what did you study?
Maria: Medical assistant. In West Covina, after I finish high school.
Michell: can you please explain how everything started?
Maria: when I was 18 I started working for a doctor the name is Dr. Rabinovich. He taught me everything regarding Business.
After some years I decided to open my own Business.
Michell what people need to be successful in Business?
Maria: to be honest, willing and ready!
Michell: how are your working conditions?

Michell: How much did you pay for your education?
Maria: it was free
Michell: can you mention some benefits and rewards?
Maria: I do not have anybody on top of me.
I do not need to answer nobody except IRS!!!!!!! (She laughed)
